Who is Rachel?

I am

  • a wife,
  • a mom-to-be,
  • a daughter and daughter-in-law
  • a sister,
  • an aunt,
  • a cousin,
  • a niece,
  • a granddaughter,
  • a friend,
  • an Airman,
  • and most importantly, a follower of Christ.

I love my life, mainly because of the people in it.  I try not to take anything for granted, and to always let the people around me know that I love them.  I am an open book; you ask a question, I’ll answer it.  I’ve made lots of mistakes in my life but don’t believe in having regrets.  I learned from them and moved on, and I hope other people can learn from them, too.  I don’t have many extracurricular activities, other than my Bible Study and spending time with friends when I get a chance (and weightlifting when I’m not pregnant)…and I like it that way.  Simple.

    Hey sweetie,
    What a fantastic job with your blog. I didn’t even know you had one. :-) Congrats again on finding out your having a baby GIRL, and I wonder which name you are going to choose from your list?! I’ve learned a lot more about you on your page, and think you are an unbelievable woman. You are courageous and lovely and you should be reminded of that daily. Also, I think your next endeavor should be writing a book, I think I may sometime in the near future.
